The Lancer Tactical Gen 3 is Lancer Tactical's latest innovation, offering improved performance and features. Most internal parts are similar to the Proline series AEGs, with some new additions.

The Gen 3 is made of high-strength full polymer, ensuring it's lightweight yet extremely durable. One of its key features is Lancer's new built-in Zion Arms fully programmable electronic trigger unit, which can be programmed for various burst modes. When paired with the Lancer fast trigger, the Gen 3 delivers a rapid barrage of BBs downrange.

Out of the box, the Gen 3 shoots at around 380-400 FPS. For versatility, it includes a low FPS spring, allowing users to switch springs on the fly using Lancer Tactical's quick change system accessed through the buffer tube.

The high-speed 140-round mid-capacity magazine ensures proper feeding and reduces jams. The pistol grip features textured side panels and front and back strap serrations, providing additional grip. The polished 6.03mm tightbore inner barrel enhances range and accuracy.

A full-length 20mm top Picatinny rail allows for the mounting of optics, lights, lasers, and PEQ boxes.
